機器人“跑偏”和“重復定位精度”區別

機器人跑偏與機器人重復定位精度是兩個概念,跑偏是指在短期內機器人減速機磨損過快造成回零不準確,因而抓取位置發生變化;而重復定位精度一般指的是測量時的定位精度,機器人臂一般都是垂直狀態,間隙可以自行消除,所以重復定位精度在當時測量時大多都是沒有問題的。而減速機磨損過快是造成跑偏的主要原因。
